By using the KLAIMN Exchanges Portal and/or starting a request to purchase Product(s) on the Portal, you consent to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy without modifications. If you disagree with the terms in this Policy, we recommend refraining from transactions on klaimn.com
Please be aware that we may periodically update the terms of the policy governing your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on klaimn.com. Before each use of the portal, please review the policy to ensure you are informed of the terms and conditions applicable at that time.
TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST, CLICK HERE.
We provide exchanges and returns within seven days from the delivery date. Once our team has accepted your exchange/return inquiry, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and your order will be collected by our logistics partner within 24 to 48 hours.
There will be two attempts for pick-up. If the courier partner cannot collect the shipment, you will need to return the shipment to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is contingent on the availability of the service in your area’s pincode.
Please note that once your order reaches the warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check; once approved, we will proceed with your exchange/return request.
The estimated delivery for all exchange requests ranges from seven to ten working days.
If the requested size for an exchange is unavailable, we will arrange for an exchange with another product or provide you with a gift card that can be used at any of our four stores or for your next online order.
For all return requests, refunds will be given as a credit note once the Quality Check on the product is completed and approved.
This credit note will be sent to your registered email address.
Please ensure that your product(s) are returned in the same condition they were originally shipped.
If products are returned in subpar condition or appear to have been used, WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE REQUEST.
If you continue to have issues, please email us with your name and order ID at klaimnclothing@gmail.com. We are available from Monday to Saturday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. All unresolved queries will be prioritized and addressed within 24 hours.
Cancellations are permitted only for COD orders and can be made if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
All prepaid orders are considered final. We do not allow cancellations or refunds. Any refunds will be issued in the form of gift cards equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within six months. Gift cards are non-refundable and can exclusively be redeemed at our offline and online stores. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange/Return of Products:
You can start the process for exchanging or returning a product if:
(a) The product does not fit;
(b) Both the product and its shipping package are damaged;
(c) The product is faulty;
(d) Parts or accessories of the product are missing;
You are allowed to exchange or return products purchased from us as long as the following mandatory conditions are met:
The product has not been worn, cleaned, or altered by you.
The brand tags, original packaging materials, and accompanying accessories are intact and not modified, damaged, or discarded by you.
The product has not been modified unless it can be shown to be defective by the vendor.
The return is being initiated for the order under which the product was purchased, and the product matches our records.
There are no unpleasant odors, perfumes, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damages on the product.
Products sold as a set must be returned in their entirety.
Returned products should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed condition and suitable for resale.
We are convinced that the product has not become defective or unusable.
Returns of purchased products are managed via our reverse-logistics partners. Upon receiving a return request through bluorng.com and once it is acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may contact you to arrange for the collection of the purchased products.
We maintain the right to decline any exchange or return request for a product that does not meet the above conditions.
